Hello Razer Support Team,

Greetings from Korea! I hope you are doing well.

I am currently using the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro headset, but unfortunately I lost the original USB wireless dongle.

I checked the Razer Korea online store, but I could not find any replacement dongle stock available for the BlackShark V2 Pro.

Could you please let me know if there is any way to purchase a replacement USB dongle for this headset?
If possible, I would also appreciate information about compatible dongles or alternative ways to order one internationally.
