I purchased the Razer Nari Ultimate im using it on xbox.
1. For the life of me it will NOT connect wireless to the xbox.
2. When using the 3.5 mm jack i get full sound BUT when im in a party everyone can hear themselves massively also they hear my full game loud thru it, The mute button does not work when using the jack and also the game to party does not work when using a jack. the support from razer in nearly non existent also no videos are of any help. have i wasted nearly 200 dollars on this?

You are using a Razer Nari Ultimate or Razer Nari Ultimate For Xbox One? They are 2 different products.
1) Razer Nari Ultimate - For PC and PlayStation.
2) Razer Nari Ultimate For Xbox One - For Xbox One and Series.
