I bought the kraken tournament edition yesterday it arrived today and i tried to activate the surround sound 7.1 I registered it and haven't received a code Can someone help with this issue the main reason I bought it was for the sound quality and surround sound.

I also got a email from razer saying product registration complete keep this email for customer support but still no code 😕

Your Razer Kraken Tournament Edition is supported by THX Spatial, which you can activate on Synapse 3. If you have the app installed, you can use the THX button on the side of the USB audio controller to enable the feature. The LED indicator on the top-right corner of the audio controller will light up if the surround sound is on. You can visit the product's Master Guide for a better picture. Here's a guide on how to set your THX Spatial Audio as a playback device. Should you have any other concerns, feel free to send me a PM. I'll be locking this thread now.
