How do I communicate directly?
I need to change the email registered with me because I cannot access the email

You just need to login to https://razerid.razer.com/account and then change your email there.

I can't because I don't have an email and I can't log in
It requires a code to be sent to the email, but I cannot enter the email

So it’ll be impossible to retrieve the account.

Why do I want to link the account to the phone number? I cannot choose anything because of the code

Probably it’ll be a lot easier to just create a new account, set up everything correctly (and do 2FA codes backup). Unless you had some software registered with your old account (like 7.1 Surround app etc).
