my kid bumped into my PC and broke the dongle for my BlackShark V2 Pro.  what makes it even worse is that the warranty ended 6 months ago. how and where can i get a new dongle???

You can try contacting Razer Support, because these dongles are not available on Razer.com website (in replacement parts). https://mysupport.razer.com/app/warranty-support/

it just funnels me here since its out of warranty

Still you can ask for a paid replacement dongle.

i was finally able to find a way to contact support and plead  my case.  its going through a review process ATM.
