Hello Razer Support Team (Hi Razer.Aero),

 

I hope you’re doing well.

 

I have a Razer Naga V2 Pro mouse, and unfortunately, I have lost several parts of it.

Here are the details:

 

The side plate with 2 buttons (the magnetic one on the left side) is missing.

 

The wireless dongle (2.4 GHz HyperSpeed receiver) is lost.

 

The original USB-C cable is also missing.

 

Could you please check if it’s possible to purchase replacements for these parts or if there are any spare parts available?
