I understand that your Razer Naga Left-Handed Edition is being incorrectly recognized by your computer, possibly due to a driver Issues or USB Port Problems that causes it to enter Mass Storage Mode instead of being detected as a mouse. Unfortunately, there isn't a firmware update available at the moment. However, I recommend checking the Razer Naga Left-Handed Edition Support Page for the latest firmware update. To isolate the problem, please double-check all physical connections, ensuring that the mouse is properly plugged into a functional USB port and try using the mouse on a different computer to see if the issue persists. if you need further help, please send me a PM with the serial number of the mouse so I can verify its model and check for other workarounds.
