Let me assist you with your order. Can you send me a PM with more details about your concern and see what I can do to help? Please also send a photo of your Order Confirmation email so I can view the details. You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
