HELP: Basilisk v2 side buttons.

Greetings and salutations; I have a Basilisk 2 mouse. The Mouse 4 and 5 buttons are set to Back and Forward functions in browsers and some other applications. I use Mouse 4 as my Push to Talk on Discord and other voice comms software (this is set within the Discord app) How do I turn OFF the page navigation functions? I want to use Mouse 4 as my PTT and not have my browser jumping back all the time. I have looked through the Synapse software and while I can set those buttons to any number of functions, there appears no method of simply having the Discord application decide. Please help, this is incredibly irritating. Thank you in advance. Meph.

    OK, I tried assigning a blank macro to Mouse 4. Also tried setting a text string or defining a Media Player function. It no longer functioned as a Push to Talk on any Synapse setting other than "Default" PLEASE HELP?
