help black sharks v3 pro for xbox

I was using my headset earlier today and it was working fine. Then I was flipping through the voice channels like default, movie, music, etc. And when I hit port, the dongle hole stopped working. I lost all audio and there's no light on the dongle now when it's plugged in. When I turned the device on and it reads that I have a device connected, I turned the dongle over to PC. I don't know if the dongle fried or what. I need some help and I tried to reset the headset and it's not resetting. I don't know what else to do.
