static in the mic i’ve tried changing mic settings/sidetone in the app but nothing works i just got them yesterday for my ps5

Have you tried playing a different game just to check if the same issue persists? Let me know via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
