HELP! blade 14 (2016) fan speed max uncontrollable

Blade 14 gtx970m 2016 No idea what's happening, I just got this razar blade, and is second hand. Really weird, from the second it boot up, the fans goes crazy max spin speed. CPU &GPU temperature is absolutely normal! CPU with no load and background running program! I tried reinstall windows, using razar app to change fan speed, even tried many fan control software, and I get a bios update also don't work. Pls I don't have any clue! Help ! If this won't work I will try to get a refund. It is extremely loud sound.

    Were you able to perform the steps here for further isolation? PM me the serial number and a short clip so I can validate the model of your laptop and have a closer look at its fan speed issue. You can use Google Drive to share the files. Thanks! *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
