I need help changing my email address for my razer ID, please.  I don’t have access to the old one anymore.

Let me help you with you concern. Please PM me with the following information below so I can forward you request to our support team before they proceed with our process for account migration requests. I need to confirm if you have any of the following migratable data on your old Razer ID:

  • Your Razer ID, Profiles, and Razer Synapse Cloud settings
  • License code for 7.1 Surround Sound or Surround Pro
  • Your Cortex settings, gameplay, and Wish List
  • Your Newsletter subscriptions
  • RazerStore address book
  • Razer Game Store Profile
  • Razer Gold/Silver Wallet Balance

Also, fill in the following:
