Help.. Chroma studio cannot open on Asrock x570 razer edition..

help.. i have problem with my motherboard asrock x570 razer edition.. what can i do if my chroma studio cannot open?? in the begenning new software snapsye 3 cannot open when start up.. and then i reinstal all the razer software.. after that razer snaypse can open normaly.. but my chroma studio cannot run "no detected copatibble device detected".. what can i do to solved that??
