HELP ! computer got capped to 60 fps on dota 2
just bought the razer recently, when i first try the demo on dota 2 the fps jump to 100++fps
after doing some installed razer program and Xboxwindows etc the fps got stuck 60 on dota even after I set all the video settings to lowest.
(NOTE: Vsync already off , laptop monitor 144hz)
Razer laptop spec :
i7-870h
rtx 2070 8g super q
ram 16 GB
with this specs I think the laptop would legit get more than 60 fps on dota
any recommendation on how to solve this problem ?
