HELP ! - Connexion with my Razer Viper Ultimate

Hi, I bought 3 months ago an Viper Ultimate and and until then I have always used the mouse in wireless. But since 3 days and i don't know why, my device is not recognized by the software but when i'm using the cable it's works. I saw many topics about this problem and i have done everything, all uninstall and multiple manipulation for update all softwares and drivers and now, i don't know what i can do for connect my mouse. I have uninstall Synapse 3 and install, same for drivers, same with using the Raze Viper Ultimate Firmware updater, restart my computer again and again. Please help me i'm on it since 3 hours. Thanks.
