Help for 7.1 Surround Sound Activation Code

I just bought a Razer Blackshark which came with the scratch code for the 7.1 Surround Sound activation, however upon scratching the card, the surface flaked off and I am unable to read part of the code. How can I get a replacement?

Please be aware that if a Razer headset was purchased from Razer Store (razer.com), the code should be sent via email, while an authorized reseller will include an activation card in the device's package. Ensure to contact your reseller and check if you can get the activation code from them.
