Help For Razer Cortex

Hello, I was able to optomize league of legends on the cortex before in the booster prime section but now I keep getting this message: We're unable to optomize your settings as your game might still be running and/or it's settings file is in read only. Please exit the game and/or change the files attribute, and try again. It's not running, that's for sure. The other part about the file attribute, I have no idea what it's talking about or how to do it. Thank you. Oh and another thing I want to add is it has no problem optimizing Apex legends.
