Help for registering

Hello, I have the LIAN LI 011 Dynamic case that was designed by razer. When attempting to register the product on razer.com, I cannot find the Serial number or product number on the box or the case itself. Can someone help me with this? -It is kind of late here, so i am unable to contact support.

Hello everyone. I want to register a Goliathus Control fissure edition, do you know how to do it? I don't have serial number. Thank you.

@Nichols2724 and @epc2000 The devices you have can't be registered as both do not have serial numbers.

    I'm trying to register my new black widow elite keyboard but I keep getting item serial number unknown. I've tried changing the i to l and the o to 0 with no effect . can anyone help me with this?

    Thanks, that's a shame! Would be a bummer if some of the LED's stopped working.

    @Wildo3 and @GooberDan Please PM me a photo of the sticker on the bottom part of the keyboard highlighting the S/N. I can use that to check why this is happening.
