Help help!!!

You might need to do a complete uninstall. Uninstall from the program list and if you know how to use RegEdit, do that too. Before trying that, sometimes you have to be patient and wait for it to start. Even with my SSD, it's takes a little bit for it to start up. Let us know what happens.

thank you for answering but nothing just tried with regedit too and same thing install, log in then appear as minicon bottom right but wont open

I tried that too and didn t work eventually I returned it and went for another type this is working great thank you for the help
