Userlevel 1

i can't regule audio in mixer so weird its happen today when i as usual open razer synapse and  my sounds was lagging after this my mixer sounds from windows 11 stopped working. I pull the sliders, nothing changes, the sound comes on but at the same volume. even if I turn it to 0 there is still sound.  also if I share the screen in discord. my friends say that the sound at the demonstration is very noisy, loud peorodic crackling sound. so i reinstall windows it didn't help. the only thing that helped me was to use the headphones directly not through the sound card, but why did I overpay $50 then? so please help me idk whats wrong with this.
btw I hear everything the same as before.

Same problem for me :( The audio mixer is working fine with any other device but with the Razer USB Soundcard the audio mixer just stops functioning. The sliders are not changing anything and the mute button only works when its applied to all audio emitters at the same time.

Thanks, it works (but it disables THX spatial audio I guess)

If you're unable to adjust audio levels in the mixer when using a Razer USB sound card, there could be several reasons for this issue. Here's a step-by-step guide to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:

1. **Check Physical Connections:**
   - Ensure that the Razer USB sound card is properly connected to your computer's USB port.
   - Verify that the audio output from the sound card is correctly connected to your speakers or headphones.

2. **Verify Power and Settings:**
   - Confirm that the Razer USB sound card is receiving power by checking for any indicator lights.
   - Check the volume control or settings on the sound card itself to ensure it is not muted or set to a very low volume.

3. **System Sound Settings:**
   - Open your computer's sound settings and make sure that the Razer USB sound card is selected as the default playback device.
   - Adjust the volume levels within the sound settings to ensure they are not muted or set too low.

4. **Software Mixer Settings:**
   - If you are using mixer software to control audio levels, ensure that it is configured to recognize the Razer USB sound card.
   - Check the mixer software settings to ensure that the correct audio device is selected for control.

5. **Driver Updates:**
   - Update the drivers for the Razer USB sound card to the latest version. Visit the Razer website or use the Razer Synapse software to download and install any available updates.

6. **Restart and Test:**
   - Restart your computer and test the Razer USB sound card again to see if the issue persists.
   - Try adjusting the audio levels in different applications or media players to determine if the problem is specific to a particular program.

7. **Try Another USB Port:**
   - If possible, try connecting the Razer USB sound card to a different USB port on your computer to rule out any issues with the current port.

8. **Contact Support:**
   - If none of the above steps resolve the issue, consider contacting Razer customer support for further assistance. They may be able to provide additional troubleshooting steps or offer a solution.

By following these steps, you should be able to identify and resolve the issue with adjusting audio levels in the mixer when using a Razer USB sound card.
