Help I don't have a 7.1 surround sound activation code

I bought blackshark v2 x from a seller.

I tried to register the headset on Razer's website, because I did not receive the activation code card.

When I write the serial number and submit it was shown registered, asked the seller they say they'll check with the warehouse but still no response…

Can someone help haha

You can find your device's activation code on the scratch card included in the packaging. If the card is missing or the code is already used, I suggest contacting the reseller for a refund. Please be informed that product registration mainly serves warranty purposes. Make sure to purchase your Razer products from authorized Razer resellers to ensure your Razer device is genuine. Please be aware that products purchased from non-authorized dealers may be used, counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray market goods.
