Help, Kaira Pro won't connect to the Razer app on Xbox

I received my Kaira Pro for Xbox today, but I'm having a problem with the app. I can't get it to connect so I can fully configure it. When I open the app, my Xbox recognizes the Kaira Pro, but the app just gets stuck loading at 0% and doesn't progress. I don't know what to do because the Xbox recognizes them as an accessory, but the Razer app doesn't.

Same with me just got a new microphone too and can’t config it. not the happiest

Same here, I am having this exact issue with my Xbox Series X. I try to connect it to the app, and it just sits there at 0% and it's the same situation on Windows PC as well.

If anyone has a fix, please let me know, I need to be able to use my app.

Hey guys,

If you continue to experience the issue, please send me a PM with the serial number of your headset so I can verify it in our system and use it when I forward your case to our Technical Team. Have you tried reinstalling the Razer Audio Setup for Xbox?
