Good evening, I have a query. I stopped using my keyboard "Blackwidow Chroma" for a month and when I plugged it in again the lighting did not work, the keyboard works perfect but it does not have LED. Thanks, I hope some help. Pd: I'm from Argentina and use the translator. : D

    Do you get the same results even when trying out different lighting profiles in Synapse? Try reinstalling the keyboard drivers and let me know if the problem persists.

      The only way to update the drivers is to use a program that updates the current drivers? Because I've done it that way and it's still the same. It would be nice to be able to download the driver of some page! PS: Do not solve the problem yet, the lighting does not turn on.

      the problem is not with drivers since the keyboard should turn on as soon as it is connected. Other solution?. Thank you

      By reinstalling keyboard drivers, I meant via the Device Manager just in case the current one you have is obsolete/corrupted. Send me the serial number of your BlackWidow via PM so I can validate the model and look into model-specific fixes.
