Hi, I’ve had this headset for awhile now and seen multiple people have this issue but no one has been able to figure out a resolution.

My headset will need charging and will give me the ‘low battery’ notification. I then charge it fully, as shown by my PC, Razer Synapse and the Razer app on my phone. Yet it will keep giving me the ‘low battery’ notification around every 5-10 mins. It’s incredibly annoying knowing it’s fully charged yet basically can’t use it because my audio is being interrupted constantly by a notification that shouldn’t even be there.

I’ve tried multiple things such as factory resets, physically and through razer synapse but I have no custom settings so it’s not a problem, and while the factory resets solved the issue maybe the 1st or 2nd time, it hasn’t worked since. The only thing that stops it is turning my headset off for DAYS and then it’ll stop, which is inconvenient.

Has anyone got any advice or things they do when their headset does this? I know it’s a common issue with this headset as I’ve seen multiple threads on it but there’s never a resolution on there that fits for my headset. Once this occurs, which I know it will again, I need a work around or fix that can be done there and then and not wait for days for my headset to reach full functionality.

Ridiculous that you pay these prices for headsets that all suffer the same problems and Razer seems incompetent in providing actual solutions.

Hello chuutiez,

I understand you're experiencing with your headset's battery notifications, and I'm here to help. I recommend performing a battery calibration to potentially resolve this issue. Here’s how you can do it:

  1. Use your headset until it automatically powers off due to low battery.

  2. Connect your headset to a charger and allow it to charge uninterrupted until it reaches full capacity. Ensure both your PC, Razer Synapse, and Razer mobile app confirm it's fully charged.

  3. For best results, you may need to repeat this discharge and charge cycle 2-3 times to help recalibrate the battery sensor.

  4. Make sure to perform reinstall your headset drivers, and a clean re-installation of Razer Synapse.

  5. Check if the issue persists with a different PC.

If the issue persists, please feel free to reach out via PM with the device serial number so I can verify its model and check for other workarounds. I appreciate your patience and understanding.
