Yesterday I started having problems with my Razer Barracuda X. The audio would randomly cut out, buzz, and be delayed. I attempted to update the firmware of said Razer Barracuda X in question but wasn’t able to. The firmware updater, upon following the instructions, said there was an update required but wouldn’t give me the option to update the firmware. I attempted to solve problem in other ways by following a guide on the Razer support website. In doing so, I managed to potentially permanently remove the THX Spatial Audio from my PC. Upon restarting my PC I expected the THX Spatial Audio drives to automatically reinstall. However, they had yet to do so. Upon knowing that they had not yet automatically reinstalled, I attempted to solve the problem on my own. However, I am not able to think of a solution besides doing a clean reinstall of all of my Razer software. Please help me. I don’t want to have to purchase another pair of Razer Barracuda Xs or use my pair of broken in half Razer Kraken V3 Xs.
