Hi there! Need help, I 08.10.2019 asked the support team to obtain the activation code on the headphones Razer Essential. Specified serial code, date and place of purchase. Specified mail for communication. I received a letter 08.10.2019 that the application has been created and I need to wait for a response. Today, 15.10.2019 I received a letter that my application was answered, but I said nothing in response. Question: where is the answer to my application?

Your headset is not eligible to get a key for the new 7.1 Surround app. That said, PM me your case number so I can take a closer look at the request you put in.
