Help me accounts razer id device

Hello dear Razer support, I have a very interesting problem.Your rules say that if you delete your account completely, you can register a new account in order to add and register your current products that are currently in my use.But I did as it was written, I found a problem that this device is already registered to me.I ask you to disconnect my devices from the old account, which is no longer there, on a technical level.

I understand that you are having issues registering your devices because they are still linked to your old Razer account, which has already been deleted. Please send me a private message together with the following details for verification purposes:

2. Old Email address where your device was registered:
3. New email address where you want to register your device: 
3. Date of Birth:
4. Full Name:
5. Phone number:
6. Country:
7. Serial number of a registered product on the Razer ID account:
