HELP ME! I cannot update the firmware of the Razer Lancehead.

I have a Razer Lancehead wireless Mice.Sometimes it's freezing. Therefore, I need to update the firmware. But I tried to install the firmware again and froze again at 5%. I mean, I can't load it. Please help me.

Hello there! Have you tried doing a reinstall or repair of Synapse? If not yet, please do and then try to do the firmware update again. Let me know how it goes.

I have installed firmware. But sometimes the mouse freezes.Help Me.

Thanks for the update. Does the same issue persist when used with another PC? Also, please try to reset the surface calibration. Let me know how it goes.

Erased old calibration profile.I've calibrated again. I think the freezing problem is solved. It's working fine right now. Thank You very much.
