I have a Razer Lancehead wireless Mice.Sometimes it's freezing. Therefore, I need to update the firmware. But I tried to install the firmware again and froze again at 5%. I mean, I can't load it. Please help me.
Hello there! Have you tried doing a reinstall or repair of Synapse? If not yet, please do and then try to do the firmware update again. Let me know how it goes.

I have installed firmware. But sometimes the mouse freezes.Help Me.

Erased old calibration profile.I've calibrated again. I think the freezing problem is solved. It's working fine right now. Thank You very much.
