Help me! My Viper V4 getting freeze a moment after update the lasted firmware v1.04.01_r1

Hi guys.
I just bought brand new  Viper v4 pro two days ago. It smoothy until today, I updated Firmware for dongle and mouse by curious. And…. the mouse start freeze. Is there any way to get back the Factory firmware ? I tried hard reset by holding power button for 10-20 secs on RD and it seem didnt work.
