Help me please - invalid lincense code.

I bought the original product, the Razer Barracuda X headphones, on the marketplace. There was no activation code in the box, so I registered them online through RazerID and received my activation code in the mail, then I entered it in 7.1 Surround sound WITHOUT ERRORS, but it says that the code is invalid, what should I do?
