Hello, I decided to upgrade from synapse 3 to 4, but my profiles are not visible, the menu where the profiles are is not there, not my keyboard, not my mouse, please help me solve the problem, I will be incredibly grateful)

Help me solve the problem. I updated from Synapse 3 to Synapse 4, but I can't see my profiles or my mouse and keyboard. I can't transfer my profiles.
