hello guys, I have a problem with the activation of the 7.1 code, so I have a picture of the code, I have everything, only one or two letters are scratched on it, now I honestly can't figure out which letters or numbers they are, I've tried everything, but I can't activate it, when I go to Razer's website to activate a new code, I type in the serial number of the headset, it won't transfer me beyond that, please help
