yo my razerblack shark v2 pro 2023 edition, there is a part witch protects the headband that black plastic pard it got broke out of no where its only been 12 days sins i bought it man please sone one help razer i beg yall i only use razer stuff just beacause i love yall please help me 😭

Were there any incidents with your headset before the issue? i.e. dropped. Did you happen to use more force than usual when removing the headset? Were there any incidents of pulling or tugging the headsets, making it stretch beyond its limit? Please PM me your headset serial numner and proof of purchase for warranty validation. Also, attach the photo showing the damage on the headset. Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here. All the best!
