Help me with my Razor mouse
So recently I bought a razor mouse for gaming (Razor viper). The problem is that I really do not think that it is helping me out with speed. It lags and even does not even shoot where I want to shoot. I do not know whether it is faulty or not. I am really very worried. What should I do?

First I suggest you download Razer synapse 3.0, If you have done that, then I suggest messing with your DPI settings next and seeing what you find comfortable. I am not sure weather it is the viper ultimate or the regular viper, but you should not be experiencing lag. Especially if it is a corded Viper. If it is truly lag, then I suggest contacting razer support and Seeing what they can do for you as well.

Hi Xarachn, thanks for your reply, you know what I did all of that what you just told me to do. I know the dpi settings and can change it as well. The problem is I cannot claim for an warrenty now because I have bought it from an unauthorized dealer in my country. What should I do now?
Record and upload a video perhaps? We I could probably be able to tell you then what is the problem.
What's your polling rate? It should be 1000hz, otherwise 500hz might work better if you have a really low end PC.
Gabzilla_Ok I will try to record and upload a video, but all you will see is that the arrow icon is going very slowly or sometimes not moving at all. It works and 2 second later it doesnt.

trendsmartGunmetal191No, Its not your laptop. It is most likely the mouse. Try returning it if possible. Could you make sure its not a fake?

xARACHN1DYeah that seems pretty good idea and to also inform you I bought it with 6500 BDT. But the problem is without holding a real original mouse just by seeing videos how can I compare ?

I suspect your mouse could be a fake.

Gabzilla_No it is not :(, I cannot believe that I have bought a fake one. I did not even know that there are companies who are making fake razor mouses. I did not believe it at first, but when I saw that there was no code on my mouse I was sure that I have bought a fake one. I do not even have the receipt or the box to claim it.
This situation really sucks man :slightly_sad: Im glad its solved now at least.
I have same issue in bfv i get mouse slide on old mouse polling rate change to 500hz/250hz/125hz fix issue but in my new mouse i have only 1000hz and 500hz :/
anyway in razer synapse3 in DeathAdderEssential-00000110-en.pdf is info about 3 option to choose but in synapse is only 2 1000hz and 500hz but should be 1000hz 500hz 125hz
