I have forgotten the password for my MOL account, and when I click "forgotten password" on the Razorgold page, it brings me to the MOL password reset page, but the MOL password reset page requires me to provide an answer to my security question, which I have forgotten. When I contacted the MOL support on that page, I was prompted to submit a ticket to Razorgold support, but the support seems to be unable to help. What am I supposed to do in this situation?
