[Help!] My Naga Trinity isn't working

Hello! I've had my Naga Trinity for a couple months now, however... My side panel with 12 isn't working, no matter what I set it to, not a single button will work. Except number 3, but I''ve tried almost everything but the only thing it will do is act as the middle mouse button. If anyone has a solution to this I will be eternaly grateful. Thanks!

The first thing that I'd do would be to clean the contacts on the mouse and on the side panel. This can easily be a hardware issue but PM me so I can help you further isolate the problem.

Thank you so much! I've cleaned the contacts and it's working perfectly fine now!
