help my razer basilisk v3 mouse for some reason scrolls up or down when lifted. I have tried everything which resolved this issue for other people but it didn't resolve mine so please help

everything is in the title so yeah as I said when I lift my mouse it scrolls up or down and if I like press the left or the right click button like 10 times it stops scrolling when lifting up but as soon as I scroll up or down it starts doing it again so yeah Ive tried everything that should fix it and which has fixed it for everyone else but it for some reason nothing fixed my issue so idk please help

My scroll wheel stopped working completely. There are a lot of posts on here about Basilisk V3 mice issues and the scroll wheel. Razer support seems to have been closing these posts saying it moved to PM. However, no fix has been given and just when many of these mice are going out of or have gone out of warranty.

Exact same thing just started happening with my mouse. When i lift the mouse it scrolls up one tick and when i put the mouse down it scrolls down one tick. I have updated the firm ware and reinstalled synapes. But nothing has had any effect.

now my scroll wheel sometimes just stops working and then after like 5 mins starts working again and then once again stops working and it keeps disconnecting for no reason.
