I am experiencing severe throttling issue with just normal every day tasks. CPU speed drops down to 0.35GHZ with ThrottleStop indicating that it is because of BDPROCHOT. However, the temperature is not even over 70 degrees yet. I tried reapplying all the thermal paste and putties, EC reset, anything else that I can think of. And further research revealed that users with BIOS 2.06 is experiencing the same issue as me.
Therefore I request BIOS downgrade to fix this problem temporarily until a new update comes out to fix this issue. I could not even reinstall the latest BIOS with the BIOS updater.
