Help on transaction pending issue

I need help contacting CS on my problem. I purchased a gaming PIN(garena shells) from gold.razer and i paid the amount, and when the transaction was sucessful, i accidentally closed the tab but the payment was already paid (via dragonpay) but i couldnt get the gaming PIN for garena. and when i check the transaction here it says transaction(pending), i double checked and contacted dragonpay and they said it was verified and paid. pls help... T.I.A
