I just bought a Razer Kraken and whenever i turn on 7.1 surround sound the bass increase too much and ruins the gameplay. It feels like its underwater. I can hear footsteps but they're muffled so you cant really get much of a direction.     Did you check if your device is the default playback device in the 7.1 Surround sound app? Have you tried reinstalling the software or Razer Synapse? Please send me your Razer Kraken's serial number and the computer's Razer Synapse logs by following the steps here. Save the files via Google Drive or to any online storage account, then include the link to your PM. Let's continue from there.
