Help please!(returning of items)

Recently I bought a razer huntsman and a goliathus mobile mousepad. I realized that the clicky switches of the razer huntsman didn't really suit me well and hence I wanted to return it. Razer has a 14-day return policy so it was fine. I submitted my case on the 8th of March. It is now the 17TH and I still have not received my return email confirmation which I was promised would be sent in 2-3 days. I contacted support multiple times and they said an email would be sent to me yesterday. Now I'm afraid I cannot return my items on time and I'm scared I can't get my money back. I need help!!!!!

Please don't worry about not being able to return the keyboard. Do PM me your ticket number so I can check what's causing the holdup. I'll take it from there. *Locking this to curb the conversation to PMs.
