(HELP) purchase always failed.

I refilled my wallet razer gold (170) It has already a sufficient amount to purchase MLBB dias. The problem only reappeared when I wanted to use my Razer Gold balance to top up the Mobile Legends Bang Bang game, after choosing payment via Razer Gold Balance I got "Purchase Failed" continuously" and couldn't find any solution on the internet except contacting customer service..And until now the reply still hasn't arrived! and no live agent to talk to. im mad and exhausted!!! so hassle and inconvinience!!
