Hi All, Need some expert assistance as I haven't gotten anywhere as of yet with Razer support. I have purchased a brand new Razer blade pro 17 with a 10875h, 3080, and 32gb Ram and when the laptop is taken off of power, I noticed all my games seem to cap at a maximum of 30fps. I installed msi Afterburner and found that when the laptop is plugged into power, I have a base memory clock of 6000mhz however once unplugged, the base memory clock speed drops to 810mhz. I have also run benchmarks while plugged into power and on battery and it confirms the same speeds. I have modified all power settings within synapse, the battery only has options for balanced and won't let me modify to a different setting, and within windows and have set all to be the highest performance however I'm still experience the same performance difficulties on battery. Please help!!

This may have something to do with the BIOS or firmware version. Please send me your ticket number so I can check what troubleshooting steps have been suggested so far. That way, I can scratch them off my list and move on to other possible solutions. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
