My razer deathadder v2 mini suddenly stopped working. The led light stayed on but no movement, i unplugged in plugged it again, it worked for a couple minutes but then stopped working again, i tried this a couple of times but now not even the lights turn on nor the mouse works, i plugged it in my dads pc and it works perfectly fine. i have dissasambled the mouse assambled it again, install synapse reinstall synapse. i factory resetted my pc, uninstall drivers reinstall drivers but it just wont work. what can i do? please help.

I’m here to help. Does the issue happen while the Razer Deathadder V2 Mini is plugged into another USB port? Does the problem persist when Razer Synapse 3.0 is disabled or closed?
