Help razer id authenticator lost i dont have mobile number is lost, can reset my account authenticator and add new mobile number? thanks you.

I bought a Razer Gold card, and I can't use it because it asks for a cell phone that I no longer have. Today I have Mexico, State of Sinaloa, Culiacan, (Removed information for security purposes.)
