Help razer id authenticator lost i dont have mobile number is lost, can reset my account authenticator and add new mobile number? thanks you.

I recharge a Razer Gold , and I can't use for payment because it asks for a cell phone that I no longer have & backup code.
Please solve my problem for me.

Hello zewl89,

I’ve responded to our PM and I'm happy to inform you that I have successfully removed your old phone number from your Razer account as an Authenticator. I suggest setting up a new one to secure your Razer account by following the steps below:

1. Log in to your Razer ID account.
2. Select 2-Step Authentication under Security.
3. Enter the code sent to your Razer ID email.
4. Set up your preferred 2-factor authentication method.
