HELP! Razer Kraken headband too loose

Hello, I bought my Razer Kraken quartz edition headset on the 2nd of January, received it today. Set everything up and all is well except for the headband - when I put it on it feels way too loose on my head and if I shake my head even a little bit or look down at my table it slides off my head and moves and feels really weird. Is there a way to tighten it so it's tighter around my head? Because this doesn't feel comfortable at all. Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately if the smallest setting is still too big then there's not really a whole lot that can be done, mine are a little loose on the smallest setting but nothing majorly annoying fortunately though i understand how annoying it can be
