Help Razer Synapse 3 "Failed to start" windows 10

i have bought a cynosa v2 recently and downloaded synapse 3 then i tried to launch it it just said "failed to start" i have tried uninstalling and installing again but it still says "Failed to start" same goes with my Razer Cortex Please do help idk how to fix it T_T

    Try to close synapse, unistall it, and restart it. Then install it again, open up synapse, and see if it works then. If it's still not working, then it might be the fact that it's one of Razer's cheapest keyboard, meaning that it doesn't really need synapse either.
