[HELP] Razer Viper scroll wheel jumping
Hi, hope everyone is ok.
I have been having this weird issue for a few weeks now, it started out of nowhere, the mouse was working fine up until last month.
When I scroll down it jumps up or stays on the same line, when I scroll up it works fine. It is becoming super annoying. I have the latest synapse version installed.
I opened it up and cleaned it a bit but no improvement.
Does anyone know of a fix?.

ruizu_faseWere there any changes applied to your device or system like an update perhaps? Have you tried using the mouse without Synapse running in the background? Let's try to fix the problem first by following the steps from this link. Let me know if it helps.
